Small Bronze Danish Thor's Hammer Pendant - Norse Viking Jewelry

Small Bronze Danish Thor's Hammer Pendant

The original comes from the Danish site - Romersdal, island of Bornholm (10 CE). Today it is exhibited at the Danish National Museum in Copenhagen. Mjöllnir is a magical weapon, which belongs to the god Thor. According to the legend, the hammer can only be held by Thor himself and Magni, his son, who has to wear a pair of magical gloves and a belt with it. Mjöllnir means "crusher".

Thor's Hammer - a replica from Denmark (Romersdal).

Absolutely beautiful! Fast shipping, and the necklace was beautifully wrapped, I wish I would have taken a picture of the package. Also included a very thoughtful hand written note.

I am so happy with my pendant, it means so much to me and the workmanship is absolutely gorgeous. Fast shipping and it was packaged beautifully with a lovely handwritten note! Thank you!

fast shipping and better then expected

I ordered this beautiful Thor's hammer necklace for my daughter for Yule, and was worried about getting it in time. I reached out to Bonnie, who responded right away, and sent the necklace out that very same day (even though she must have been very busy). Not only did the hammer arrive in time, when I opened the package, Bonnie had also wrapped it beautifully in a little box with paper and ribbons, and had attached a beautiful little Yule greetings letter for me and my family. My daughter is super happy with her hammer — finally an elegant, female version that is not only beautiful (and not clunky, ugly and aggressive like most silly, uninformed modern US versions), it's also a replica of a Viking-era hammer found in a female grave on Bornholm island, Denmark. Thank you so much Bonnie!

Beautiful pendant, great craftsmanship. Will definitely purchase from this seller again!
