Thor's Hammer Now in Sterling Silver from Denmark. Nice size (large) and excellent detail.
The original comes from the Danish site - Romersdal, island of Bornholm (10 CE). Today it is exhibited at the Danish National Museum in Copenhagen. Mjöllnir is a magical weapon, which belongs to the god Thor. According to the legend, the hammer can only be held by Thor himself and Magni, his son, who has to wear a pair of magical gloves and a belt with it. Mjöllnir means "crusher".

I love everything about this! I appreciate that it is a classic design from an artifact, faithfully reproduced. Its weight is just what I wanted: not too light and not too heavy, and the fact that it has a flat profile means I can wear it unobtrusively under a shirt. Everything shipped quickly and arrived beautifully packaged with thoughtful details in the wrapping and a note from the owner. Very happy all around.
